By accessing and using the SceneIQRewards loyalty program (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Program Eligibility

The SceneIQRewards loyalty program is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Membership is free and voluntary. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Membership

Your membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred, assigned, or shared with others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Earning and Redeeming Points

Members earn points through eligible purchases and promotional activities. Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for rewards offered by SceneIQRewards. Points may expire according to the program rules. We reserve the right to modify the point structure, redemption options, and expiration policies at any time.

5. Communications

By joining the program, you consent to receive communications from us, including promotional offers, updates, and program information. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

6. SMS Messaging and Carrier Compliance

By enrolling in the SceneIQRewards program or providing your mobile phone number through any campaign, raffle, or registration form, you expressly consent to receive automated promotional SMS messages from SceneIQRewards and the participating business you enrolled with. These messages may include reward updates, redemption codes, campaign alerts, and raffle notifications.

SceneIQRewards uses 10DLC (10-digit long code) messaging to comply with U.S. carrier requirements. All SMS campaigns are registered and approved under the A2P 10DLC framework. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP." To receive assistance or customer support via SMS, reply "HELP." Your opt-out request will be honored immediately, and you will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-enroll or provide renewed consent.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. All SMS data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

7. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program or any aspect of it at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
